SHIPPING TIME
- Most orders are processed within 24 business hours from our Hialeah, FL facility or from one of our distributor warehouses across the country. We strategically ship from the closest location to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
- All domestic orders are typically shipped via Ground services, including UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or USPS.
- Our Free Shipping method is available to the contiguous 48 United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additional paid shipping options may be available at checkout.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- Customers have 1 hour after placing an order to request changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we begin processing orders immediately in the order they are received. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can make the necessary adjustments.
- If your order has already shipped, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it. In that case, we may ask you to refuse delivery or return the item to us once it arrives.
A $65 USD fee applies for the interception of any package.
