All orders are processed within 24 business hours.

Our 3‑Day Delivery Warranty applies to orders of $50 USD and up, including sale and closeout items.

This warranty excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, although these locations still qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are shipped from one of our distribution centers across the U.S.A. or from our flagship store in Hialeah, FL. Some items may require 5 or more days for delivery depending on availability and location.

If your order does not arrive within 3 days, you may contact us to receive 10% off your order. Please note that this discount does not apply when delays are caused by factors outside of our control—such as extreme weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or any period in which the carrier has suspended its service guarantees.

Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays. P.O. boxes and hazardous items are not eligible for the 3‑Day Delivery Warranty.

Orders shipped with free freight will typically be sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or OnTrac ground services.

  • International shipping costs $24.95 USD for orders weighing between 0–1 lb.
  • International orders may require 24 business hours or more of additional processing time.
  • Our company is not responsible for brokerage fees, taxes, IVA, customs duties, or any other charges imposed by the destination country or any transit country. Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or declared at altered values. If you do not agree with these terms, you may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Some brands may not be eligible for international shipping due to manufacturer restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped internationally, you will be notified during checkout.
  • Hazardous items do not qualify for international shipping.

 

Customers have 1 hour after placing an order to request changes or cancel it. A $65 USD fee applies for any package interception request.
