3 Days warranty delivery qualifies in orders of $30 USD and up, including sale and closeout items.
3 Days warranty delivery exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands, although they still qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are shipped from one of our distribution centers located throughout the U.S.A. or at our flagship store in (Doral, FL). There will be cases where some items will require 5+ days of shipping.
If your order does not arrive in 3 days, you can contact us to get 10% off. Please note this discount is not available in times where there are factors, not due to shipper (us) error, such as extreme weather, COVID-19, holidays, etc. affecting carriers. Shipping discount is also not available in times where the carrier has suspended their service guarantee in face of a circumstance.
Shipping timeline does not include weekends or holidays, and P.O. boxes or hazardous items are not eligible for 3 Day warranty.
Orders given free freight will typically be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac ground services.
Customers have 1 Hour to make any changes or cancel the order after it has been placed. A $65 USD charge will apply in the request to intercept any package.

Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or have altered prices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you can request to cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase.
