We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves in offering a simple and flexible return policy, we don’t have a Restocking Fee and we allow returns for up to 30 Days! However, we ask you to please follow our policies below. Since we do not sell used (smell, scuffs, smoke, etc) or damaged products (missing parts, scratched, dented, etc), we can only accept returns on products that are ready to be re-sold as you would expect to receive it from us.

 

REFUNDS

  • For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, we provides a pre-paid UPS shipping label for a fee of $10.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within 24-48 hrs business days. Please allow up to 5 days for your credit card to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping cost or Return shipping cost are not refundable.
  • Refusing delivery: We will charge the $49 USD of Restocking fee to cover shipping cost and other charges.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS AND HARD PARTS

  • Electrical products cannot be returned for any reason, only a warranty claim can be established. Contact us for assistance with a warranty claim.
  • Any part or tool that has been used or shows signs of installation is non-returnable
  • Any part or tool that is missing box or box has been damaged is non-returnable
  • Up to 50% Restocking fee will apply.

APPAREL & HELMETS

  • All helmets and apparel must include original bag and box, attached tags and all accessories included with the packaging. If the item is not received in 100% original condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
  • Use our shipping packaging to ship back the item, do not use the original manufacturer’s box.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not process exchanges, you can place a new order for the replacement item you need and if it qualifies for free shipping, you’ll receive free shipping on that order. If you have sent back a return item, that will be processed separately and refunded to your original payment method. If you prefer a store credit, you can let us know doing the RA# request.

WARRANTY

  • We do not offer a warranty ourselves or have any influence in the decision, but in most cases we can help our customers in filing a warranty with the manufacturer.
  • Each manufacturer determines what is covered under warranty, you can contact the manufacturer directly for exact policy information.
  • Shipping costs back and forth are not covered by any manufacturer and the process could take from 2-6 weeks.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If you have received a damaged item, contact us immediately. It is important to hold on the shipping box, as the carrier will likely ask to see it. We will assist you in establishing a claim with the shipping carrier.
