Returns & Refunds
RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves in offering a simple and flexible return policy, we don’t have a restocking fee on items returned in new original condition and we allow returns for up to 30 days from arrival to the buyer. However, we ask you to please follow our policies below. Since we do not sell used (items having a smell, scuffs, smoke, etc.) or damaged products (missing parts, scratched, dented, etc.), we can only accept returns on products that are ready to be re-sold as you would expect to receive it from us.
REFUNDS
- For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label for a fee of 7.99 USD ($). This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within 24-48 hours, business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card to reflect the refund.
- Shipping costs or return shipping costs are not refundable.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS AND HARD PARTS
- Electrical products cannot be returned for any reason, only a warranty claim can be established. Contact us for assistance with a warranty claim.
- Any part or tool that has been used or shows signs of installation is non-returnable.
- Any part or tool that is missing box or box has been damaged is non-returnable.
- Please do not use the manufacturer's box (the box with brand & item info) as the shipping box.
- If the item is not received in 100% original condition, it may be sent back to the customer or a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, as per our discretion.
APPAREL & HELMETS
- All helmets and apparel must include original bags, tags, boxes, stickers, tags, etc. and all accessories included with the packaging.
- Use our shipping packaging to ship back the item, do not use the original manufacturer’s box.
- If the item is not received in 100% original condition, it may be sent back to the customer or a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, as per our discretion.
EXCHANGES
- We do not process exchanges, but you can place a new order for the replacement item you need and if it qualifies for free shipping, you’ll receive free shipping on that order. If you have sent back a return item, that will be processed separately and refunded to your original payment method.
WARRANTY
- We do not offer a warranty ourselves or have any influence in the decision, but in most cases we can help our customers in filing a warranty with the manufacturer.
- Each manufacturer determines what is covered under warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly for exact policy information.
- Shipping costs to and from are not covered by any manufacturer and the process could take from 2-6 weeks.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you have received a damaged item, contact us immediately. It is important to hold onto the shipping box as received, as the carrier will likely ask for photos and other evidence. We can assist you in establishing a claim with the shipping carrier.
REQUESTING RA#
