SHIPPING TIME
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 business hours from our Hialeah, FL facility or from one of our supplier facilities across the country, which helps reduce overall shipping times.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
- All domestic orders are typically shipped via Ground services (UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or USPS).
- Our Free Shipping method is available to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as select international destinations. For more details, please refer to our International Free Shipping Policy.
- We do not offer express shipping options (such as Next Day or 2nd Day Air) directly on our website. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and we will provide the best available delivery estimate, including processing time.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Orders begin processing as soon as they are received, so the sooner you reach out, the more likely we are able to make adjustments. Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to modify it.
Charge of ($49 USD) will apply for intercept of any package or refusing delivery.
